On Monday, April 2, 2012, the Newberg City Council accepted the Newberg Cultural District Master Plan as the guide for the development of the area surrounding Newberg Public Library and Chehalem Cultural Center.  The Chehalem Park and Recreation District took similar action at their meeting on March 23, 2012.    

Their acceptance of the Master Plan includes direction to  develop a Parking Management Plan for the large events in the District as well as establish a neighborhood advisory group.   A copy of the resolution and Master Plan is attached below.
